- The company was founded by Mrs Deeksha Angrish & Mrs Bakul Wahi.
- Formation year witnessed development and practicing of initial structure & processes.
- DASH Career Fox Pvt. Ltd. commenced its first senior management search for an IT peripheral company of an MNC Company in this year.
- DASH Career Fox Pvt. Ltd. was retained to recruit Founder Team Members of an MNC Chemicals company.
- DASH Career Fox Pvt. Ltd. earned the repute of among top performing search firm PAN India for an MNC Life Insurance Company.
- We practiced specific focus on BFSI vertical and hired, trained and developed a small team of recruiters.
- Industry specific training modules were put in place and that is how internal training division of DASH Consultants took off.
